The hotel is centrally located in Zwickau, right in the middle of downtown with various good restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is a slight lack of attention to guests' needs. The dining experience is excellent, offering a variety of extraordinary food options. The price is reasonable, and overall, it offers good value for money.
